Interview Mastery was founded in 2018 by Amelia Stone, a seasoned career coach with over a decade of experience in helping individuals navigate the complexities of the job market. Amelia noticed a recurring theme among her clients: many possessed the skills and experience necessary to excel in their chosen fields, but struggled to effectively communicate their value during the interview process. This realization sparked the idea for Interview Mastery – a platform dedicated to providing comprehensive, practical, and personalized interview communication training.
What began as a small, local workshop quickly grew into a global online learning platform, reaching thousands of aspiring professionals across the world. Our initial courses focused on the fundamentals of interview communication, such as mastering non-verbal cues, crafting compelling narratives, and handling common interview questions.
